Pricing:

Pricing below based on a 12 month calendar. Please add $0.19 for each additional month per calendar. (For example, Dec '12 - Dec. '13 is a 13 month calender, therefore you must add $0.19 per calendar onto the base price).

A $100/lot imprint charge applies to all orders.

• Qty: 500-749 = $TBD each

• Qty: 750-999 = $TBD each

• Qty: 1,000-1,999 = $TBD each

• Qty: 2,000-2,999 = $TBD each

• Qty: 3,000-3,999 = $TBD each

• Qty: 4,000-4,999 = $TBD each

• Qty: 5,000 or more = $TBD each

Early Order Discounts:
Order by April 16, 2012: Take 10% OFF
Order by May 7, 2012: Take 6% OFF
Order by May 29, 2012: Take 3% OFF
