Pricing:

The base price of $2.07/calendar is based on a 12 month calendar.

Please add $0.18 for each additional month per calendar. (For example, Dec '12 - Dec '13 is a 13 month calender, therefore you must add $0.18 per calendar onto the base price)

Also, A $100/lot imprint change applies to orders under 500 quantity.
