Pricing:

Pricing below based on a 12 month calendar. Please add $0.19 for each additional month per calendar. (For example, Dec 08 - Dec. 09 is a 13 month calender, therefore you must add $0.19 per calendar onto the base price). A $100/lot imprint charge applies to all orders.
Qty: 500-749 = $2.33 each
Qty: 750-999 = $2.29 each
Qty: 1,000-1,999 = $2.24 each
Qty: 2,000-2,999 = $2.21 each
Qty: 3,000-3,999 = $2.16 each
Qty: 4,000-4,999 = $2.12 each
Qty: 5,000 = $2.07 each

Early Order Discounts:
Orders received by March 14th take 10% off
Orders received by April 4th take 6% off
Orders received by April 25th take 3% off
