A $100 per lot imprint charge applies to all orders.
For quantities under 1,000 calendars, the following additional charge applies per order:
$105.00 - for quantities between 100 - 300 calendars
$75.00 - for quantities between 325 - 475 calendars
$60.00 - for quantities between 500 - 975 calendars
Delivery is based on the date of final proof approval, not date of order. Specific delivery information will be included with your proof.
