Customized Introduction Page:
Design the first page of the book to your specifications. Below is an example showing branch locations, phone numbers and web info.

List your branch location(s)/contact information; self advertising copy; trumpet special services only available from your company; etc.
We will contact you with instructions on how to submit copy for your customized introduction page. A $35.00 setup fee applies, which includes the first two proofs.

(Any additional proofs after the 2nd will incur an extra charge of $25.00 each).

Page Marker Feature:
You may opt to include our unique Page Marker feature at the very back of your book, if desired. This is a heavy weight fold over page that tucks in to hold your place when the book is closed. In addition to being a handy feature for your book user, the fold over page also provides extra space for advertising your brand or showing branch addresses and/or phone numbers!


Below shows a sample Page Marker page that displays your brand name as well as provides space for your customer's most important phone numbers.

If your quantity ordered isn't evenly divisible by 20, we will round up to the next even amount.

DROP SHIP/HANDLING CHARGES:
8 to 11 cartons (160 - 220 books): $1.00/carton

12 to 49 cartons (240 - 980 books: $12.00 flat

Above 50 cartons (1,000 books or more): No drop ship fee

NOTE: If multiple ship to addresses, drop ship/handling fee is calculated based on number of cartons shipped to each address.

If shipping instructions are not provided, order will ship via the most reputable, yet economical method.
