If shipping instructions are not provided, we will ship your order via the most reputable - yet - economical method we can find.

Shipping charges will be added to your invoice before we bill your order to your credit card provided.

Cover Layout Upcharge:

Upcharge for custom logo/copy on cover, silkscreened in metallic silver ink. Price varies with order quantity.

Minimum for custom cover logo/copy: 160 books.

160 books: $.60 per book

300 books: $.55 per book

500 or more books: $.50 per book

If "Stewart" is part of your company name, please provide your FedEx account number. Order will ship by FedEx ground. Shipping costs will be billed direct to your account.

Order Quantity:
Books are packed in cartons of 20's, please order in multiples of 20 books.
If your quantity ordered isn't evenly divisible by 20, we will round up to the next even amount.

The "intro page" (very first page of the book) is designed to your specifications, with your information (see image at right). List your branch location(s)/contact info; self advertising copy; trumpet special services only available from your company; etc. A small $35.00 setup fee applies, which includes the first two proofs. (Any additional proofs after the 2nd will incur an extra charge of $25.00 each).

Upon receipt of your order, a Dataguide representative will contact you with instructions on how to submit copy for your personalized features. Proofs will be sent for your approval once copy is received. We will also request your full credit card number.
