In this age of electronics and instant communications, many still swear by the old visual ink on paper technology of the weekly planner.  No startup time, (beyond perhaps having to open the book), schedule at a glance convenience is still a valued tool for many.   Indeed,  simplicity is part of the appeal.  When given as a gift by an advertiser to their clients, the brand is constantly reinforced as the users views the advertiser's brand constantly as they consult their planner for their schedule throughout the day.   Talk about targeted advertising.    Stay on their mind  constantly for as little as a penny per day.

I just ordered a new planner system.Actually it is the system I used prior to getting computerized. I have all of the technology now but it takes so much longer to access it when I'm out in the field.Frustrating!
